Nikki joined Burley Geach in 2014 as part of the Practice Management team, working closely alongside the Practice Manager and gaining valuable insight into the firm’s operations, culture, and people. During this time, she developed a strong understanding of the functionality of a law firm and the important role that effective people management plays in supporting both employees and organisational success.
With a growing interest in Human Resources, Nikki then went on to take an increasing responsibility in people-focused initiatives and was appointed HR Advisor in 2021. Committed to developing her professional expertise, she completed the CIPD Certificate in People Practice in 2023, further strengthening her knowledge and skills across a broad range of HR disciplines. In recognition of her contribution and continued professional development, Nikki was promoted to HR Manager in 2025 and also trained to become one of the firm’s Mental Health First Aiders.
In her role as HR Manager, Nikki works closely with the Partners and Management team overseeing a wide range of HR activities, providing support and guidance across the firm. She is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and productive working environment where people feel valued, supported, and able to perform at their best.
